Death and Cremation nos propone
una extraña relación padre-hijo entre dos personas perturbadas,
doloridas e insensibles. Dourif interpreta a Stan, un hombre de 59 años
que vive en los suburbios y ofrece servicios crematorios en su sótano.
Stan necesitará un poco de ayuda extra, y empleará a Jarod (Jeremy
Sumpter), un joven problemático del instituto local que le ayudará con
las cremaciones, pero allí pasa algo más que la quema de cuerpos
muertos, y cuando una lista de desaparecidos lleva a un detective hasta
la casa, las cosas empiezan a ponerse peligrosas..
